Mind Tap allows you to drain 50 mana from a target every 20 seconds. Instant cast, no cost, racial. Each time you do this, you get an energy buff with a 10-minute duration that stacks up to three times.
2: 終止周圍8碼內敵人的spell,而且沉默2秒....而且回復每"stack"(唔知係乜) 14~120 魔

Arcane Torrent is an instant cast, no cost, racial, 2-minute cooldown that allows you to convert each "stack" of that latent energy buff into 12~140 mana per, as well as silencing everyone in an 8-yard radius for 2 seconds. In the case of warriors, this ability converts each "stack" into 5 rage. (Yes, this means they can Arcane Torrent to get a sunder)
